The fitout transformed a raw tenancy into a fully operational medical centre in just eight weeks. The facility includes multiple GP consult rooms, dedicated pathology spaces, and a high-functioning treatment zone with two procedure rooms, a Steri room, and rapid triage capabilities – all designed to support ForHealth’s growing clinical demands.

To ensure uninterrupted patient care, the project was staged with a partial handover, allowing operations to begin in one section while construction continued in another. Decocorp’s agile, design-and-construct delivery enabled clear coordination with medical staff, seamless communication, and rapid adaptation to evolving site needs.
