The project included a full internal reconfiguration—demolishing and rebuilding consult rooms, constructing a new treatment space, and upgrading joinery, flooring, ceilings, and essential services. All noisy works were carried out after hours, with strict dust control and staging measures to ensure patient and staff safety throughout.
Coordinating closely with a separate pharmacy fit-out happening concurrently in the same precinct, Decocorp managed shared access and tight scheduling with efficiency and care.
