Rouse Hill Medical Centre Expansion

Decocorp delivered the expansion in three carefully planned stages, creating new treatment, consultation and support spaces inside a busy live medical setting.\nThe upgrade began with the conversion of the former radiology area into new consultation and treatment rooms, waiting area and reception. This first stage gave the clinic usable space before the next works began, allowing staff to move across and keep services running.\nThe following stages focused on the urgent care centre upgrade, including treatment, consultation and procedure areas, a sterilisation room, steri store, storeroom, procedure room, nurse triage consult room, treatment bays, isolation room, and nurse stations.\nWorking within a commercial arcade meant every movement mattered. We separated work zones with solid hoarding, and coordinated floor finishes through an open plan clinical area so the staged handovers joined cleanly. Deliveries and noisy work were scheduled outside normal clinic hours, with planning that considered nearby tenants and residents. The result was a staged medical fitout delivered to program, with Stage 1 ready for use from day one and the later urgent care works completed defect free. A live clinic kept operating, while Decocorp built the space our client needed for the next level of care.
