Decocorp delivered classroom, AV and furniture upgrades across the Campbelltown lower campus, coordinating several workfronts without losing pace or control. The scope covered whiteboards, pinboards, furniture, AV improvements and painting across three separate facilities. With the semester start date fixed, the program called for careful staging and strong site leadership. Decocorp placed teams in each area at the same time, with trades sequenced to keep rooms moving and avoid lost time between tasks. Material orders, deliveries and site access were managed closely so each zone had what it needed when it was needed. Weekend and after hours work helped bring the program forward while keeping the university informed and confident as rooms became ready for use. The classrooms were operational weeks ahead of the contracted practical completion date, with the accelerated delivery achieved at no extra cost to the client. Western Sydney University was pleased with both the process and the result, setting the groundwork for future project opportunities with Decocorp.
