Through precise planning and careful execution, Decocorp transformed a vacant retail tenancy within Brimbank Shopping Centre into a fully operational, high-performance medical centre for national healthcare provider ForHealth—delivering a warm, compliant environment that supports both clinical efficiency and patient comfort.
The project involved a complex internal fit-out within a live operating centre, delivered in four carefully staged phases to ensure uninterrupted functionality. All core clinical and administrative spaces were constructed, including consult rooms, reception, and staff amenities, alongside full mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic integration. A standout shopfront was custom-designed and built, featuring illuminated acrylic signage, Cemintel cladding, Tasmanian Oak battens, and refined metal detailing to reflect ForHealth’s brand identity and enhance street appeal.
Executed with minimal disruption and full compliance with healthcare and building regulations, the result is a durable, hygienic, and welcoming space that aligns with national standards while serving the needs of the local community. The project showcases Decocorp’s ability to deliver technically demanding fit-outs in live environments, with a strong emphasis on precision, collaboration, and finish quality.
