As part of Medisca’s strategic growth, Decocorp was engaged to transform their Sydney facility in Mascot, delivering a comprehensive upgrade that combined a high-functioning office environment with a fully integrated warehouse fit out. The project was designed to enhance both front-of-house experience and back-of-house logistics, supporting a rapidly expanding team and evolving operational demands.
With meticulous planning, agile communication, and a commitment to quality, works included the full refurbishment of internal office areas, introducing new workstations, meeting spaces, staff amenities, and kitchen facilities to foster comfort and functionality. Simultaneously, the warehouse was custom-fitted to improve logistical efficiency and climate resilience, with infrastructure upgrades designed to meet performance without exceeding power limitations.
