Decocorp shaped the design and delivered the fitout while daily operations continued around us. Located on level two of an existing medical centre, the new space includes GP consulting rooms, a procedure room, reception and waiting areas, plus upgraded bathrooms. With the client’s needs still being defined at the start, Decocorp developed the planning layouts from the ground up, giving the team a clear brief to approve and build from. The building remained occupied throughout the works, including tenancies above and below. To protect those businesses, louder tasks were programmed outside normal hours and construction activity was carefully staged. The building’s heritage features, including the facade, cornices and staircases, were also treated with a controlled approach to avoid disturbance. Decocorp handed over the centre ahead of schedule, with the National Director of Evoca Women’s Health confirming the result exceeded expectations. The finished facility gives the practice a more refined patient experience, smoother day to day workflows and a space ready to support its clinical team.
